LONDON (Reuters) - A controversial Russian pop duo accused of targeting the "dirty old man market" with lesbian kisses and schoolgirl outfits, shot to the top of the British singles chart Sunday, the Official UK Charts Company said. Tatu's debut single, "All the Things She Said," has already proved popular in the rest of Europe, claiming the No. 1 spots in Switzerland, Italy and Spain. It moved up 176 places to No. 1 in its second week in the UK charts, the Official UK Charts Company said. The band's name translates as "This Girl Loves That Girl." In the music video Julia Volkova and Lena Katina wear school uniforms and kiss and cuddle. Child protection charity Kidscape accused the pair of "targeting the dirty old man market." British daytime television hosts, husband and wife team Richard and Judy, branded their antics "pedophile porn" and called for them to be banned. Ivan Shapovalov, the man behind Tatu, has admitted to various media that he came up with the idea after visiting pornographic Web sites. Debuting at No. 2 this week was "Stole," the new single by Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child, with the next highest new entry, "Hey Ma" by Cam'ron featuring Juelz Santana, in at No. 8. Last week's No. 1, "Stop Living the Lie" by made-on-TV pop star David Sneddon, winner of the BBC's "Fame Academy," slipped to third position. U.S. hip hop star Jay-Z fell two places to fourth with "03 Bonnie & Clyde," featuring another Destiny's Child singer, Beyonce Knowles. Rounding out the top five was "The Opera Song" by Jurgen Vries, which features Welsh teen opera sensation Charlotte Church using her initials CMC.
